To save money, I recommend that you get a filtration device for your water faucet as opposed to getting expensive spring water. Also, if you are having a difficult time drinking water, try adding lemon and/or lime to it for flavoring.
3.) EAT To Skyrocket Your Metabolism - First things first. Avoid fad dieting like the plague! Low calorie, low fat, low carb, "starve-yourself", etc. types of diets will never produce significant results. The reason why is very simple: The body NEVER responds to restricting nutrients or calories... and I had to learn this the hard way!
