Eating Your Way To Weight Loss And Muscle Gain
By Eugene Soh

One thing which is evident in the abs diet is the wide variety of food options available for you. It feels like you are not under a food program; apparently you can eat practically anything. Well, you are half right with that assumption. You can't eat anything; that would be gluttonous. The abs diet prescribes meal programs with the purpose of keeping you satisfied throughout the day, and not let you gorge on any food which your stomach craves.

It may sound like a paradox, that this eating plan feeds you so you won't get fat. This makes sense once you realize that you easily gain weight if you practically starve yourself. The abs diet gives the freedom from anxiety which other diets pester you with. Ever had the overwhelming urge to eat an entire pizza because you're so starved that you just can't see straight?

See, most people gain weight when they break their diets at the first sign of temptation. They put on the weight they lost and more; this discourages them, and they compensate for their faults by giving in to the cravings. The abs diet makes sure you don't fall into this pit trap by constantly giving you what you need throughout the day.

While the abs diet requires you to cut calories, it does so at a moderate pace. It does not give you dramatic results with dramatic consequences, which is the principle of most diets these days.

They assume that the only way to lose weight is to reduce the food you eat, period. We've seen tragic outcomes of this method in people dying from bulimia and other eating disorders. With this eating plan, you won't crash and burn, but you'll lose enough weight to keep yourself going throughout the day and feel good while at it.

When Eugene weighed 311 lbs, he never though he would cut weight, gain muscles and sculpt abs. He now teaches freelance dieting lessons and muscle-building exercises with his success largely contributed by "The Truth About Six-Pack Abs" by Mike Geary. Visit Ab Workouts to find out more today!
