How to Get Healthy Skin
By TJ Frye

We all want to know how to get healthy skin. We look better, feel better, and radiate confidence when our skin looks good. Luckily for us, there are a number of ways to achieve this!Like it or not, the very best way to get healthy, beautiful skin is by eating the right foods. When we eat a good, balanced diet, it shows through our physical appearance, especially through our skin, hair, and nails.

There are lots of foods that can put you well on your way to your most gorgeous skin ever. Green tea, blueberries, and acai berry juice (or acai berry supplements) are packed with antioxidants. Antioxidants are probably one of the best friends your skin will ever have! They help reverse damage to your skin caused by elements, keeping your skin fresh and youthful looking.Y ou can also find products containing antioxidants. These are great, and by all means, use them, but I highly advise a diet high in antioxidants as your main source of them.

On a side note, if you choose to take acai berry supplements, choose one that contains freeze-dried acai only. Most acai berry supplements offer only acai berry extract, meaning you get only a fraction of the antioxidants that the berry has to offer. Fish (such as salmon) is an excellent food to eat in order to get beautiful skin. It contains Omega 3 and Omega 6, two amazing essential fatty acids. These are an awesome way to get moisturized, glowing skin. If fish isn't your thing (I know it isn't mine!), don't fret! You can get these in walnuts, canola oil, or even Omega supplements. These are readily available, and alot are even flavored with lemon, so there's no fishy odor or taste.

Avocado in your diet is an extrremely sound choice. It has B-complex vitamins, essential oils, and it's also a natural anti-inflammatory, making it great for acne-prone skin. Another way to achieve your best skin ever is by regularly taking vitamins. Certain vitamins are better than others for this purpose. Vitamin A is probably one of the very best that you can take for skin. It's very effective for treating acne, and for keeping the skin looking youthful in general. Other great vitamins for the skin are vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B-complex, and vitamin K. Of course, lots of water is absolutely essential for beautiful skin!Try taking care of your skin from the inside out. You'll be rewarded with beautiful, healthy skin, and better overall health!
