The signs of stress are simple. When you're stressed out, you feel agitated. The muscles in your body tighten up and you become fidgety. Whether you can believe it, the signs of stress are all around us. You don't have to let stress win the battle over you. One of the best ways to beat stress is to create a schedule for yourself. Write your entire day out on a sheet of paper and decide what it is that you will want to do at each specific given times during the day. This will help you to plot your day out and know what to do during your free time.

Stress is a killer, and you don't have to let it take control of your life. Start learning about the signs of stress today so that you can control it and beat it when it occurs. You don't have to go about life all tense and stressed out - relax yourself by learning more about stress and how to beat it today.

Some of the signs of stress include anxiety, anger, bitterness, fatigue, and even depression. Now that we have an idea of what the signs of stress are, let's take a look at some of the ways that you can beat stress.

1) Exercise

Exercising is an excellent way to win the battle over stress. Exercise is known to release chemicals in the brain called "endorphins", and these chemicals are known to help you feel better. They are known as the "feel good" chemicals, because they boost your mood and help you to feel better.

Exercise is generally good for your body and for your mind. If you didn't already know, exercise boosts your physical and mental health. So you win in a few ways with exercise. The first way you win is by getting your body in shape and the second way you win is when you feel better via the use of endorphins.

Try to squeeze in a brisk job into your daily schedule. If you can't jog, try to incorporate a light walk into your daily routine. All it takes is a few minutes to exercise and I'm sure you can find the time to incorporate this into your daily routine. If you're at work and you're feeling stressed out, on your lunch break - try going for a walk and getting some fresh air.

Hopefully you'll be able to use these tips to beat your stress and eventually conquer it.

Good luck with beating your stress once and for all.
