Do you feel heaviness in your chest or a racing heart anytime you have to speak up for yourself?
Do your hands tremble and sweat, or does your stomach churn?
Do you constantly gnawed your nails, scratch or pull certain components on your body?
If so, you may be one of 40 million Americans who suffer from anxiety.
Anxiety in today's modern world is pervasive. Up to a third of the U.S population suffers a panic attack during their lifetime. The Anxiety Disorder Association of America indicate that 40 million Americans are afflicted with an anxiety disorder, and that these people are three to five times as likely to seek medical help over a lifetime.
There are many different types of factors that contribute to anxiety disorders. Heredity, physiological imbalances in the brain, childhood deprivation and faulty parenting coupled with the cumulative effect of stress over time can all bring about the onset of panic attacks.
I have been there myself and single handedly experienced anxiety for a very long time. I have attended countless of personal self development courses, read tons of books on the subject and to sum it all up - they were all speaking about the same thing, in different ways. It was more of a system or method to cope with the problem as opposed to getting to the root of the problem.
I was not functioning well in all aspects of my life and not really getting the real solution to the problem. It was like placing band-aids that simply covered up the issue. Don't get me wrong, I am not discounting the fact that several approaches I have used such as deep breathing, NLP, Hypnosis, pills, fasting and yoga practice had positive effects, but they never produced more than mediocre results for me in the context of anxiety. What I received from applying these techniques were only temporary comfort with no long-term victory.
So about two years ago, I set forth and made a commitment to dive deeply into the subject and applied all the different techniques I could find available on the market. I wanted to see if all these solutions inherently followed a structure or a pattern that cuts across all spectrums. I was determined to crack the code. I used all the research that I had accumulated over the last 5 years. And through my desire for the answers, I stumbled upon a neurobiology researched article, which made a discovery that radically changed my ideas about anxiety and brought me to a whole new paradigm of a deeper understanding of my anxiety disorder. I learnt that anxiety is generated from a specific problem with the structure and function of the brain. In short, anxiety is not a mental illness, it is a behavioral problem!
And then a pattern emerged; it struck me like a bolt of lightning. I had an epiphany that gave me clarity. This was my light bulb moment. The turning point which lead me to my experiments that I counter-intuitive conducted over the next few months. I tested it on myself with the objective to formulate an approach into a simple technique that would effectively and quickly correct the response I required to stop anxiety attacks as or before they happen. After months of testing, I had a breakthrough that was life changing for me.
You will be amazed at how such a simple technique could be so simple and yet powerful in restoring back your confidence, in work and life. All I ask from you is to help share the technique to those who are in need and drop me a feedback on how the technique has worked in your life.
