Relax already! After all, you deserve it. You've been dealing with difficult situation and personality clashes all day at work. Not to mention being tied up in traffic for an hour trying to get back home. Stress can cause all kinds of "distress" to our bodies as well as our emotional well being.
Speaking from personal experience, I was completely taken by surprise when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. After all, I was in my 30's, 115pounds, low salt intake and haven't eaten pork or pork by products since '87. I seemed to be doing the right things so how did I get high blood pressure?
The only explanation that I could come up with was STRESS!
I reluctantly tried the medication prescribed but the side effects were horrific! That was the day that I made a decision to find natural ways to stabalize my blood pressure. I started my online quest for knowledge which meant long hours of research, testimonals, etc. I stumbled upon a Japanese healing technique called Reiki, which taught me how to use something as simple as touch to create relaxation and reduce stress when hands are placed on or above specific areas of the body.
The great thing about Reiki is that it's universal life force energy so it never runs out or drains. It can be used on anything that has energy which means it will help with any and everything thing including inanimate objects such as cars, house, etc. It also compliments medical treatments. I'm not implying that medication isn't necessary for medical conditions but Reiki could very well compliment medical treatments. It's non-invasive and there's nothing to lose but stress. I've been so satisified with my results that I've been initiated and certified in Levels I & II. I've been doing distant healings for my mother and her friends as Reiki can be sent anywhere in the world without actually being there.
This is definitely something that is worth trying for yourself. You must first decide if stress management is something that's important enough to explore, keep an open mind and if you have intentions of reducing stress.
