Recognising Anxiety Attacks Symptoms and Taking Action

Nobody will show the same symptoms when they are both diagnosed with a same disease. The same goes for an anxiety attack. When 2 persons are being compared, both will show different results.

There are more than 100 symptoms to check for symptoms. Here are several common symptoms that are categorised to physical, mental and emotion. When someone is suffering from anxiety, their reaction is usually out of proportion than what is considered normal. In worse case scenarios, it can affect one's sleeping patterns and their behaviour and judgement.

Physical symptoms includes allergies, back pains, chest pain, dizziness, fatigue and heart palpitations. Usually, people who are not familiar with anxiety attack will misinterpret these symptoms as a temporary illness. Many people who encounter such symptoms just brush it aside thinking that they had eaten bad food, their lack of sleep, or simply just catching a disease like flu or cold that can be treated easily by taking prescriptions from the general doctors.

Many cases of anxiety attacks symptoms relates to emotions and mental effects. Commonly, people who suffers anxiety are more sensitive emotionally and mentally. Their fears will heightened making them to fear many things that they never thought they will be. Most of their fears are just illusions created by their mind and are irrational. For example, an anxiety sufferer will fear of what people think of them, become easily depress and have constant feeling of being overwhelmed. All these that they are feeling do not have a factor that causes it and most of it came from their worries of things that have yet to happen.

Anxiety attacks symptoms that are detected must be treated immediately by professional help to control and heal from it. One can treat their symptoms by trying self-help in the early stages. If they are lucky to identify symptoms, they can actually cure themselves easily. On the severe cases, people who had prolonged anxiety symptoms but did not approach it will suffer more and it will further affect their lifestyle and live everyday of their lives in a distress state. Professional help is recommended if one is too overwhelmed, or simply do not know where to begin to help themselves out of the rut.
