Your body responds to adrenaline stress by releasing certain chemicals into your bloodstream.  Most people think negative emotions cause most stress but positive emotions can make it too.  When you come under stress whether it's negative or positive, your body releases certain chemicals.

When these chemicals are released, the positive side is the added strength and energy you gain.  If the stress is physical, this can be very helpful.  If your stress is emotional, this can cause negative effects on your body with no release for the extra boost in energy and strength.  However, every body will respond differently to the types of emotional or physical stress they receive.

Types and Causes of Stress

Stress is in your life everyday.  Whether you are at school, at the office, or just about anywhere, you are forced to deal with people and the surroundings.  Therefore, this type of adrenaline stress is closely associated with its cause.  You will notice the effect on your body when you experience stress.  This is also the reason why it is important to battle the cause of stress since it affects different vital aspects of your body in order to function.

This is a list of common sources of stress you deal with everyday.

Internal Stress

Sometimes when you can't determine the outcome of something is becomes a constant worry.  This kind of stress needs to be addressed rapidly.  Getting rid of internal stress that is rooted in a person's mind is difficult to manage.  Sometimes people with internal stress, stress out about things that aren't stressful to begin with.

Survival Stress

Survival stress deals with physical danger, mostly.  Caused by adrenaline, this stress can be prompted by an attack made by either human or animal that could potentially hurt you in the process.  The body helps by giving you a boost of energy to get away from this type of danger.

Environmental Stress

Known as adrenaline stress, this type of stress is your body's way of responding to changes or activities in your environment that could create stress, such as extreme levels of noise or pressure from work.  This stress is ease to deal with than the others.  The only way to deal with adrenaline stress is to find the cause then stay away from the cause of stress.

Stress Due To Work and Fatigue

Work and fatigue stress are the most frequent of stresses.  This stress takes a while to build up.  It takes a toll on your body when you work too much or deal with excessive amounts of work.  To deal with work stress, you need to make sure you have enough rest and relaxation in between so your body can recover from the tremendous amount of work.  There are relaxation methods that you can apply in order to find relief from stress.
