Is Stress Good Or Bad?
By Roy Armstrong

Nowadays, stress is a common problem in modern life. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we may think that we cannot pause even for just a second. But, heavy pressure may do harm to your health. Stress can cause serious conditions like high blood pressure and heart diseases. If you care about your health, you should learn to be relaxed when you are under stress. Relaxation is essential for a healthy mind and body.

As we know, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to escape. Most of you would think that stress is like a devil that follows you all the time. And you can't stay away from it no matter what. Ironically, stress can sometimes give you motivation, which would provide you with a power to live a more meaningful life.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some people may think it is a heavy burden that is beyond their ability, which can cause them to feel frustrated. That is why these people would prefer something less competitive and strenuous to something more demanding and challenging. As far as I am concerned, I strongly believe that stress can make you progress faster. Without stress, you would most likely slack off and waste time. But if you have stress, you would be forced to work harder and harder.

Let's also not forget that if you are constantly under stress in life, your health would become endangered. Since we cannot completely remove stress from our lives, we have no choice but to find ways to deal with it. Stress can come from all aspects of life. What we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than avoiding it.
