If you relax regularly, you will be able to deal with stress in a positive way. There are a lot of simple ways on how to relax. You can take a short walk, watch a movie with your friends, get a massage, and talk to someone to vent out your feelings. In addition to relaxation, exercise is also a great way to relieve stress.
