Deal With Stress - Ways To Do It
By Yepta Puralangga

RELAX
Take a break, any breaks. Don't push your self to hard. Just be generous to your self. keep on moving, instead of just sitting on your chair, cause it can loose some tensions. Find some fresh air, breathe it deeply. On your lunch time, try to use some time to take a nap for ten minute only. Research shows that it can refresh your body so it is prepared to face the activities for the rest of the day.

EAT WELL
Supply your body with good diet so it can build a good immunity system which is very important to help you maintain a good performance. As widely known, STRESS could cause some kind of illness such as headache, migraine, flu, gastrointestinal diseases, etc. So, no matter how busy you are, don't ever skip your meal time because if you do that, your body would be weak and won't have any energy to build a strong defense from illness. A good immunity system due to good diet is the same as a bullet proof jacket that can protect us from fatal injury of a gun shot.

SLEEP WELL
As you know, When you are sleeping, your body make a process of repairing, balancing, and reorganizing all of it parts to prepare them for the activity the next day. It may take some time. But for how long? Well, your body has an internal clock that works according to what have been programmed from the beginning. It could be differ from one to another. So, sleep as your body demands to let it do the work to be done.

Research shows that when you are sleeping, you give your brain time to recover it self. This fact is interesting since brain is the organ that most related with STRESS. You need a healthy and clear brain to deal with STRESS and it could be if you give your brain enough time to sleep.

GET SOME SUPPORT
STRESS could come when we face some problems that seemed so overwhelming. We could feel so hopeless, think that no one seemed to care. But don't be afraid! You are not alone. Find someone who willing to listen to you, then share your problems with them. Could it be your spouse, friends, parents, etc. Even if they can't resolve your problems, at least this could bring you some relief of your tensions just to know that you have someone who care. Sharing the problems could take away 'the burdens on your shoulder'.

FIND APPROPRIATE SUPPLEMENT
Some use Tranquilizer (performance enhancer) to help them deal with STRESS. But many psychiatric would not recommend it for its widely known negative side effect. Why don't find some natural supplement? For years, many people from many country, use JUJUBE FRUITS, that are considered to have stress alleviating properties. PASSION FLOWER also has been used due to its calming effect on the central nervous system. ASHWAGANDHA, belongs to the same family with tomato, also touted for promoting calmness and sense of well being.
