| SMILE - As much as you can
Breathe - Take deep breathe and breathe out at constant intervals
Jump & Run - Jump as high as you can and keep jumping till more energy flows
Call Your Spouse - and talk to them for sometime on anything you want. If you don't have one call your parents and talk to them
Drink water - As much as 7 to 8 liters
Connect to a friend - Call them and find about their where about's
Play a game of your choice (better to play with someone else and not a computer)
LAUGH out LOUD - Laugh and laugh and laugh
Take a Walk - Have a Brisk Walk
Go out and smell the fresh air, taste nice water - enjoy everything around you. The Zen way!
Listen to loud or soothing music - Either of them is good
Get yourself a manicure/pedicure - Absolutely relaxing
Watch a movie - A good one...
Make a kite or teach some one to fly a kite - This is awesome
Ask a friend or a family member for a nice big hug - Must be the best
Look at the sky if its during day and look at the stars if during night - Gazing helps
Dance for yourself - Even if you don't know does not matter as no one is watching you
Talk to pets if you have them or talk to plants - Don't worry about what others think
Read a nice good joke and call your friend and tell them same joke
Cook a meal - For you or for your family and friends too
Go to the park and play with kids (see-saw, maze) - Exciting stuff
Have a nice hot water bath for long - Every cell gets relaxed
Close your eyes and visualize how you would like your life to be - Close and see what kind of a relaxed life you want
Take your family or friends out for dinner
Look at all the old photographs and feel good about them.
Write down at least 10 achievements of yours in a big chart sheet and hang in place where you can see them every day
Enjoy an Orange and eat it
Take out all your old souvenirs and read them
Write down thoughts and inspirations.
Drink a lemonade. Enjoy every sip
Clench your fists and say "Relax"
Shop for a nice and new trendy dress
Cut fresh water rich fruits and eat them
Visit a Holy Place
Read a comic strip
Send emails to all your old friends, your school mates
Get a nice massage done for you
Go on a long drive with your favourite music on
Hit a restaurant of your choice (say "no" to alcohol)
Go visiting a friend / relative
Pick a book and read it
Hit the beach for a nice warm time
Clean your desk or your room
Plan for tomorrow
Do Meditation
Call your niece or nephew and play with them
Visit an old age home, an orphanage, a mental asylum
Plan for a vacation
