Three Things That Will Encourage Eyebrow Regrowth
By James Wikman

People lack eyebrow hair for quite a few different reasons. Accidents are a common cause of thin eyebrows. This is particularly true if an individual has suffered through some kind of a chemical fire. In instances like this, the hair follicles are often ruined, making it impossible for hair to regenerate. Another common cause of thin eyebrow hair is too much plucking. We are expected to do a bit of clean-up with tweezers once in a while but too much plucking is very bad thing. It can permanently damage your brows.

Regardless of why you have a thin eyebrows, here are a few tips to encourage regrowth. One of the easiest things you can do is get some more vitamins into your diet. You see, hair is really nothing more than protein. If you can somehow strengthen the proteins in your body, your hair will naturally grow thicker. Vitamins A, C and E are all known for their protein generating traits. Another way to promote eyebrow regrowth is to use a brush on your eyebrows.

By lightly stimulating the brows for two minutes or so at time, you will encourage the follicles under the skin to sprout new hairs. The final method that we'll discuss involves the use of a hair growth type product. The most popular one on the market is definitely Rogaine. This solution is meant for balding men, but there is not reason why it won't work on a woman's brow. Just make sure you don't go overboard though. A little dab will do just fine.
