7. Relax from head to toe. Shut your eyes slowly and relax every part of your body.
8. Maintain a habit of going to sleep at the same time daily, even on weekends.
9. Lie on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will help straighten your spine as it should be and prevent any back pain caused by sleeping in a arched position.
