Human body was designed in a most fascinating way. I say that because, even the minutest of the processes work most delicately and each process serves a purpose. Sweating is also an integral part of human body's normal functioning. Human body has a particular internal body temperature which should be constantly maintained. When the temperature of the body goes high, the body sweats, produces fluid in order to bring to the body back to its normal temperature. Thus, sweating is actually necessary. What creates a problem is not sweating but excessive sweating of the body.
Now, there are many reasons that cause sweating. It might be the biological need of the body as defined above or even might be a result of some tension or pressure. Sweating might occur as a consequence of a humid weather or even be due to the fabric or fitting of your dress. Like the reasons, solutions are many too. Some of the ways that can be used to stop excessive sweating are:
1. Sweating is often a consequence of excessive consumption of caffeine based products like tea or coffee. Similarly, alcohol and spices promote sweating too. If you suffer from the problem of excessive sweating, make it a point to completely ignore the above three things.
2. Take magnesium and Vitamin B supplements. While vitamin B is used to keep the normal functioning of the body intact, magnesium is used to detoxify it. Sweat is actually 99% water and the rest sodium chloride and metabolic waste. Thus, sweating happens when there is an excessive accumulation of waste inside the body. Magnesium detoxifies the body and hence removes all the waste, thus, preventing the need for sweating.
3. Drink plenty of fluid, essentially water. Water helps to maintain the normal temperature of the body. Sweating occurs only to relieve the body of all the heat. When the internal body temperature is maintained, the body does not sweat easily.
4. Exercise regularly. This might not seem intuitive, but it actually helps the issue. The process of exercising increases blood circulation, which prevents sweating.
There are many solutions to mild sweating problems. Apart from the above specified four solutions, one can also try something from widely popular innumerable home remedies, and they will work well too but if your problem is an acute one, consult a doctor today. While these remedies will work well for people with mild sweating problems, they would be ineffective to people with excessive sweating problems. Remember, the advice of an expert is always recommended.
