Most people believe they reach their height potential after a certain age as a teenager or young adult and that they can't get taller after that point. But other people have challenged this idea and have experimented with ways to get taller specifically for adults.
Here is one way that has been successful:
Stretching/Spine Straightening. Many people have curvatures in their spine that developed early on and they just live with it whether they realize it or not. Remember those evolution of man drawings where it shows a caveman bent over and then a series of other men who begin to straighten out and walk normal? Well in this day and age you could probably continue on with that series, only man would actual begin to revert back to that slouched and bent over position. That is because we, both men and women, have taken to a more relaxed lifestyle where jobs are done at desks and leisure is spent on comfortable recliner chairs. Hence our posture is horrible.
Stretching out the body through hanging type exercises as well as many traditional stretching exercises, helps to straighten out our physiques and give us our true extension. This can add inches to the height which you previously thought you were stuck with.
Hanging and stretching exercises to get taller include the following:
- Holding on to a chin up bar with arms and and legs extended for a number of seconds.
- Lay flat and stretch out your entire body, arms and legs extended, and then perform twists and turns in every direction you can.
