Making Your Hair Look Better
By Di McDonald

If you think your hair could do with some help to look better, then I have some ways to help. If you look after the inside of you, then the outside will look better too. Of course, making sure that you don't use harsh chemicals and drying processes on your hair also go a long way to making it look better.

The best way to start is with your diet, making sure that you eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats and fish. Stay away from deep fried foods, junk foods and anything with a lot of oil in it. You also need to drink lots of water, as water hydrates your body and your hair. Exercise helps with circulation, looks after your heart and also helps your hair.

If you can get somebody to give you a head massage every week or even every day, then this will really help your hair as well. It will unclog the pores, and contribute to the health of your hair. Make sure, that your shampoo and conditioner, has been recommended by your hair stylist, and that it has as many natural ingredients as possible. A good multivitamin use every day, will help make up for any downfalls in the diet.

For really healthy hair, make sure that your diet is high in protein, and get as many omega three fish oils as possible. You may find that the best way to get enough of these, is to supplement your diet with fish oil capsules each day. These will not only help your hair but your whole body health.
