Lustrous, beautiful hair is a great asset. With too much attention like using hair dryer, condition and strong shampoo along with pollution and poor diet can destroy your hair and leads to hair fall. Hair is a vital asset of our body so it is essential in maintaining the natural beauty of healthy hair.

There are many types of hair like s normal, oily, dry, combination, fine or fizzy hair. Fine hair always tends to lack volume which is not easy to handle, while medium hair strong and is often quite easy to handle. In frizzy, hair is abundant, but can be heavy and difficult to control. So depending on the type of hair care for hair is different. Here I am giving you the easy and simple methods for shiny, growing and healthy hair.

Tips for Growing hair:
1. Maintain your balanced diet which is the basic thing you should do. Taking lots of fruits and vegetable with lots of water keep your hair healthy.
2. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
3. Avoid use of hot blow dryers, hot water as this may damage your hair.
4. To provide stimulation to the hair follicles do weekly scalp massage.
5. To protect the hair's shaft do a series hot oil treatments.
6. Trim hair every 4 to 5 weeks to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look healthier.
7. Avoid rubber band as they break or split hair.

Tips for shiny hair:

1. Do regular massage with mustard oil for thick and shiny hair.
2. For healthy and shiny hair use coconut oil with lime juice on scalp.
3. Wash your hair with lemon juice can bring shine and back to dull hair.
4. If you have dandruff then apply a mixture of vinegar and water on the scalp before you go to bed. Keep it overnight. Next morning wash your hair.
5. Wash your hair with a paste of cooked Urad dal and methi 2-3 times a week.
6. To remove dandruff use methi soak overnight in water and massage the paste on the head, leaving it for a few minutes and then wash it.
7. Use mixture of Bhringraj, Amala and black sesame seeds to stop graying of hair.
8. To remove dandruff apply olive oil and almond oil on your scalp

1. Vitamin B-complex - 50 mg of the major B-vitamins
2. Vitamin E - 400 to 800 IU daily
3. Beta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily
4. Flaxseed oil - one tbsp daily or one tablet.
5. Vitamin B-6 - 50 mg of vitamin B-6
6. Vitamin C with bioflavonoid - one to two grams daily
