Some people don't believe that food can kill but don't be fooled because food is just like cigarettes, it can slowly kill you. What food I am talking about? It is red meat and dairy products, these are the foods that you should avoid. What? Red meat and dairy product can kill me? Yes.
The only difference between cigarettes and meat products is that cigarette kills by hurting your lungs and meat product kills you from the blood.
How can meat and dairy product kill you? Well animal fat that is stored in meat and dairy product is the source of what we know as bad cholesterol. Bad cholesterol comes from animal fat and in times it can build up and cause obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular problem.
Cholesterol is a common thing right? Every food contain cholesterol, it is something that we must accept. Wrong. Fruit and vegetables contain zero bad cholesterol.
Research show that people who just eat a meat based product and then immediately test their blood, the blood is very dense and filled with animal fat remains. Those fat remains are the building block for clogging your artery and source of your heart disease.
So what can we do? Becoming vegetarian seem like the best option for people to get healthy. From the same research above, the people who have dense blood then are given a strict vegetarian diet and the result is extraordinary. Not only the blood is liquid again, the person is also seem more energetic and lifelike than before.
How is this possible?
You see most people think we are omnivore which mean we can eat meat and vegetables, but this is not true because essentially we are herbivore. We have more resemblance to herbivore than carnivore. We have molar jaws, long intestine, low acid in our stomach which cow and other herbivore animal have. So what about our canine teeth? Well in comparison to other carnivore teeth, that teeth is just too short to maul or penetrate into the flesh. In short that teeth doesn't make you a carnivore.
But shouldn't we consume food just like the food pyramid told us to? Well, the food pyramid is wrong. It is made by the 19th century agriculture department and it is made to promote the buying of meat and dairy product. So in reality we don't need meat and dairy product at all. We are sufficient enough to get the mineral and vitamin that our body need from fruit and vegetables.
Dairy product also? How about the calcium that we need? You can get that from vegetables too, like soy. And there are big difference between gaining calcium from dairy product and gaining it from vegetables product. If you use milk as the source of your calcium then you are going to urinate most of the calcium you take, while if you use vegetables like product as the source you are going to keep most of the calcium you take.
