Your Fitness Plan in Action

I just completed an amazing week at the IDEA World Fitness Convention. Tamilee Webb (think Buns of Steel) and Kathy Smith were just a few if the 4000 attendees.

In the weeks to come, I'll be sharing my findings on maximizing metabolism, fat burning, caloric requirements, nutritional power foods, along with the latest fitness research and trends, so stay tuned.

Also, scroll down to check out one of my favorite exercises for improving posture. It doesn't require any weights and it helps eliminate rounded shoulders and back pain. I do it almost every day!
