Tummy Exercises

It seems these days that everyone knows a secret to getting fit yet so many of us struggle and seem to be losing the fitness battle. My advice is to build a routine you can live with and not spend a lot of money. Knowledge is power when it comes to fitness and having a good library of materials at hand is important.

Start small and simple and build your knowledge and ability. Just accomplishing a few things done correctly is much more effective than trying to do too much at once. Give yourself a break and don't get discouraged. Most importantly don't give up and keep a great attitude.

What I like to do is build time around my morning and evening routine for exercise. Instead of just drinking coffee in the morning before hitting the shower I get in the floor and do some crunches and stretches. Also in the evening before cooking dinner I will get some weight lifting done as well as 30-60 minutes on the exercise bike. I have the bike positioned where I can also watch some evening news or other programing.

All journeys' start with a single step and do not end with the second one. You have to keep moving. Most fitness will be accomplished with what is going on between your ears first. I hope this encouragement will start you on your way to a great new you!

There is an old adage" If you can't be smart you have to be tough" and there is a lot of truth to it. But if you are smart and mentally tough you certainly can be fit. Part of being smart is having the information. Most people are not any smarter than you are but they may have found a way to link into some really good information. I hope you will continue with the journey you have started and not give up on fitness.
