Insanity Workout With Shaun T

Most of us have done cardio or strength training in the past, but I would venture to bet that none of us has ever encountered a workout as extreme as Insanity Workout With Shaun T. It is a faced paced cardio/strength training workout series that has you working resistance training, aerobics and plyometrics all at the same time. You go back and forth at such a pace that even the pros will be working well beyond their limits.
