Height Increasing - Get Taller Through Exercise and Diet
By Lisa P. Eason

The process of height increasing can be complicated and difficult especially if you do not have a coach or guide to help you through the process. This article will hopefully give you a few pointers in the right direction to begin your height increasing journey.

I personally know a number of people who are interested in increasing their height. When I was younger, almost everyone I knew wanted to be taller by a couple of inches or more. Turns out, most of us are dissatisfied with out height, no matter how tall (or short) we are. A person who is 5'6" wants to be 5'9" to appear of average height, while a person who is 5'9" wants to be 6'0" to appear tall, and a person who is 6'0" wants to be 6'3" to look head and shoulders above the rest. Meanwhile, the person who is 6'3" probably wants to be shorter so he can better blend into a social gathering.

The question to ask is: how short is too short? The answer, in the opinion of someone who was formerly short, is that most short people aspire to be of average height. Being short makes them conspicuous in a crowd and opens them up to scrutiny. Most short people want to be of at least average height so that they can blend into society, rather than stand out. So, if you are 5'6", it is perfectly acceptable to want to be 5'9". At the end of the day, it is for you to decide whether your height has been a handicap in your life, and if you truly want things to change.

Height increasing is the process by which you boost your genetic height by exercising and eating right. There are a number of specific exercises that one can perform which will add anything from 2-4 inches to your height, provided you perform them religiously enough. Most people who are short lack the proper nutrition for growth. Eating the right diet is of supreme importance to maximize your height potential. For instance, the height of the average South Korean man is 5'8", while that of a North Korean man is just 5'4", despite the fact that they belong to the same ethnicity. This difference is only because of the improved dietary habits of the affluent South Koreans.

In short: height increasing is a complex process that requires expert guidance. It incorporates a number of exercises and a nutrition plan to unlock the body's true growth potential. Height increasing is not about popping expensive pills; it is about making the body realize the potential for growth locked up within the bones.
