Give Your Body a Break with Bodyweight Exercises - Your Body Will Thank You Later!
By Rhadi Ferguson

There are very few of us that aren't interested in improving our physiques. That said, it turns out that very few of us who are interested in shaping up actually make the effort to achieve results.

I'm sure that everyone has their own unique circumstances and obstacles to overcome. However, just about every one of these cases could be dealt with using a simple, practical (and, just as important, inexpensive) fitness program known as bodyweight exercises.

Each circumstance brings up its own concerns. And one of the most important of these is health concerns. Athletes - from amateurs to the pros - are concerned about the dangers of weight lifting and bench pressing, but they aren't willing to sacrifice their muscular strength, power and/or endurance.

What they don't understand is that by overdoing it, and diving into exercises that bear more risk than they do reward, can risk it all and leave you with nothing...

Are you one of those people?
Are you suffering from joint problems?
Are you at high risk of blood clots or aneurysms?

Serious risks like these shouldn't be ignored. However, just because you can't bench press, that doesn't mean you can't lift weights period. The trick is to rely strictly upon your body for the needed weight and resistance instead of turning to benches, dumbbells or complicated machinery.

That's right - you can get the body you've been slaving after without a gym membership, without any specialized equipment, and, most importantly, without sacrificing your health or your results!

One of the most powerful reasons that bodyweight regiments are so effective is that each of the movements and techniques is meant to optimize your body's natural range of motion. More importantly, tapping into this natural ability allows you to improve your...

  • Passive flexibility
  • Active flexibility
  • Joint preparation
  • Static strength and
  • Dynamic strength.
If you don't believe me just look at the gymnasts?

The best way to really "get it" is to see the benefits of bodyweight training in action. And no one illustrates the advantages better than a gymnast.

Gymnasts start training at an incredibly early age - some before they ever step foot into a Kindergarten classroom. And from the very beginning, they rely almost exclusively on bodyweight training exercises.

On beams, rings and mats they base their training on squats, reaches, twists, lunges, jumps, landings and hoisting themselves up, down and all around.

In addition to a whole host of medals, awards and trophies, they're rewarded with strong, flexible, muscular bodies which most of them carry on into and throughout adulthood.

Fortunately, you don't have to start out in Pre-K to take advantage of real, lasting results.

But you've got to start somewhere!

Normally, this is the point where someone would start trying to sell you on an inordinately expensive fitness program. But I'm not going to do that to you.

You already possess everything you need to start seeing results! I can't sell you your arms or your legs or your abs - you've already got them. I can't sell you a space to work out in, because if you've got a basement, a yard, or a small extra room, you've got what you need.

I just want to "sell you" on the concept of giving this revolutionary workout program a chance. Not because I want anything FROM you, but because of the things I want FOR you - the body you've been dreaming of, and a training program that doesn't produce results at the expense of your health or wellbeing.

Everything you need to get started - today even - is well within your reach. Quit putting it off - take back control of your life and your health!
