Exercises For Six Pack Abs and to Beat the Flab
By Darren Blair

Sweet sweat, that's what I'm talking about. I'm not here to give the secret ingredient in making your own sweat sweet but I'm here to make you see that sweating is actually sweet! (not literally though). Sweating gives you more benefits than you know. It cools your body whenever it feels to hot. Think of it as a computer with no ventilation system. It won't be long before it breaks down. It also squeezes out the extra water and fats in your body.

Like pressurized water cleaning the mud out of the tires of a car after it went through a rain. To summarize it all, sweating makes as fit. In my next paragraph I'll be talking about sweating and getting the best out of it while at the same time enjoying it.

Run. That is one of the simplest ways to sweat. Running could be done anytime of the day. You could do a morning run in the nearest park every 5 in the morning. You could run around a covered court during midday (although not advisable since lunch break always ends too soon). You could run the tread mill all night if like.

Running makes you sweat alright, but it also make you healthier. Increased in lung capacity, increased stamina and most of all decreased in weight is the result of constant running. Hard work right? But all this work is sweet when you see the scale tipping down from a higher weight down to a much lower one. Breathing easier, not tiring early, better health, isn't that a sweet deal?

Sports. This is something where the main ghoul is not to sweat! It is to have fun! You may ask why would I put something in here where sweat is not the ultimate goal. Why? It is because, in the end it always go there. You sweat like crazy when you do sports. May it be bowling, basketball or even fencing! If the end product is still sweating, why is it important to have fun?

The main reason is that when we are having fun, we want more. We want more until there is nothing left to do. People play 3 sets of badminton matches until their muscles cry out pain. Soccer players run after the ball until their legs gives out. Basketball players drive to the hoop with all their might to score. And if we win we want more glory. If we lose we want to avenge ourselves. It makes want to be better, we want more time before the game ends, one more shot in adding a point or two in the score board.

Basically we want to win. This feeling drives us, inspires us, make us exert effort and give our best to succeed. And then we sweat like there is no tomorrow. This why having fun is the most important part. If we have fun in sports, we sweat more. We gain more benefit. We become healthy.

This is the reason why sweating it out doesn't seem too bad. Sweet sweat.
