If you have never heard of burpees, please do a quick search for "burpee exercise". It is not a complicated exercise, yet it gets your whole body moving and burning boatloads of calories.
Do 4 sets of 10 every day.
2. Jumping Jacks...
This is probably the most overlooked exercise by the majority of weight losers. Jumping jacks are a VERY effective way to burn tons of calories, and very quickly.
Try to do as many jumping jacks as you can in 3 minutes. Then do another 3 minutes and try and beat your first score.
3. Ab Bridges...
Get in the push-up position and plant your forearms on the ground. Keep your back straight and your abdomen as tightly flexed as you can. Stay in this position for 30 seconds, take a break, and then do it again.
You can increase the interval times as your abs get stronger.
