Are you looking for a few tips that will help you get the body of your dreams? Wouldn't be even better if you got that body by the summer? If so you've come to the right place. I used to be in your exact same shoes. I was always envious of the guy that had a great body.
I wanted to be the guy strutting his stuff around on the beach. It was funny because I only went swimming a few times every summer anyway, but it didn't matter. I was willing to do anything to look great in a swimming suit. In this article I want to share with you a few tips I used to motivate myself and get the body of my dreams.
Exercise Tip #1-
The first tip to get motivated is to paint a picture in your mind of what you want to look like. Picture yourself walking around the beach with a nice set of abs. Make sure your picture has as many details as possible. Ask yourself how it feels to be that new person. How do people look at you? How do they react to you?
Exercise Tip #2-
The next step is to write down a goal that will help you get to where you want to go. Now that you've decided what you want, you need to create a plan to get it. This is where goal setting will come into play. This is where you have to write down how you're going to achieve your dream. Be specific when writing down this goal. Also attach a deadline to it to give urgency. "Lose 30 pounds by June 1st" is a great goal.
Exercise Tip #3-
The last tip is usually the hardest for most people. This is where you have to be very honest with yourself. You have to ask yourself if you're willing to pay the price to hit your goal. The price is all of the work that comes with trying to achieve your dream. Are you willing to eat healthy almost every meal? Are you willing to workout four days each week, even if it means waking up early?
