1. Vertical Jumps
Vertical jumping exercise is one of the best ways to get taller. To do a vertical jump, start by bending your knee, ankles and hips as low as you can. Then quickly explode and jump as high as you can. Do this 20 times, twice a day. What this does is stretch out your calf, hamstrings, gluts and back muscles. They believe that people shrink because the hamstrings are shortening and contracting the bones in the thigh (femur) bone. So to increase your height, simply stretch your hamstrings simply by putting your feet on a table with your knees straight and bend at the hips until you feel a stretch at the back of your thigh. Hold for 1 minute and then repeat 20 times, 3 times a day. In a few short days, you will magically be taller!
