If you are looking for the best combination exercises to give yourself a hard results oriented workout then you have arrived at the right place. As a strength and conditioning pro I can tell you that in order to get true hard body results you have got to significantly raise your level of perceived exertion by engaging in exercises that are multi-joint in nature. When you perform exercises that are multi-joint in nature you involve more than one muscle group at a time. Check out the following 2 tough exercises I have included here for you to try on your own.
Tough Combination Exercises!
1. Kettlebell Renegade Rows: For this particular tough man exercise you will need the availability of a pair of kettlebells of light to moderate intensity and equal weight. You will want to get into an upright push up position on the bells with your hands on the bells and your feet extended back behind you. With your body positioned in an push up position simply perform a push up. Once you ascend up out of the push up simply row one of the bells up to your ribcage and return it to the ground. Once you place it back to the ground simply push up again in order to row the opposite bell up to your chest. Keep doing this for about 5 to 8 reps on each side and you'll quickly understand why this is a tough exercise for some big time results.
2. Kettlebell Thrusters: Kettlebell thrusters are a great exercise for you to perform in your tough man workouts, especially if you don't mind getting some real results. In order to pull this one off you will need the availability of at least a single bell of moderate intensity. Start the exercise by properly cleaning and racking the bell to your chest. From here simply perform a squat and try to descend far enough so that your elbows touch the insides of your knees at the bottom of the squat. Next, ascend up out of the squat and lock out at your hips and knees and press the bell overhead. Once the kettlebell is pressed simply lower it back to the rack and descend back into the next squat. Keep repeating this pattern for 5 to 10 reps on each side of your body and you will see why this is one of the best combination exercises for your workouts.
